Blessed childhood

Sayyidatuna Haleemah رَضِیَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَنْهَا stated that the angels would rock the cradle of the Beloved Nabi صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم. In childhood, he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمwould point towards the moon which moved in the direction where his blessed finger moved. The words he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمspoke first in childhood were ‘اللّٰە اکبر اللّٰە اکبر الحمد للّٰە رب العالمین و سبحان اللّٰە بکرۃ و اصیلا’. Unlike other children, he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمnever defecated 1 or urinated in clothes. He صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم always defecated at a fixed time. If his private parts ever got uncovered, he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم would complain about it, crying. He صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمwould remain anxious unless his private parts were covered. If there was some delay in covering his private parts, someone from Ghayb would cover them. When he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمwas able to walk, he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم would go out of home and see children playing but he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم would not play. The boys would call him for play, but he صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمwould reply, ‘I am not born to play’.2
